Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on G-String Thong Bikinis, Micro Bikinis, and Body Chains & Jewelry unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship It Back: Package your item securely and send it to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost to ship your new item once we receive the return.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Information

Want to swap your high-waisted bikini for a crochet style? Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items
